The Great Debate:
Gore More Years or Bush-whacked?

In this year of the presidential election there will be some televised debates.  The candidates always prepare beforehand.  The issue that they are debating in this game is gun control.  There three preparation strategies open to Bush.  He can Waffle and equivocate, in which case Gore is unable to pin him down and neither side gains any points.  Bush can pander to the Right wing or he can modify his position and appeal to the Left. Gore is a principled person and will either prepare an appeal to voters on the Right or an appeal to voters on the Left. The points scored from different strategies are shown at the far right of the tree diagram.
