To listen to these stations we use a Grundig Yacht Boy 400.  There are many FAX broadcasts in the weather list.  It is possible to connect the Grundig radio to the acoustic input port on an Apple laptop and with appropriate software interpret the signal.  There is also software available to do this on a Windows 95 machine.
